Are the tickets refundable?

No. All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I buy tickets onsite?

Yes! You can buy your tickets at the Conference, but it is more cost effective to purchase your ticket in advance. You can buy your ticket today here!

Do you have any special rates setup with any area hotels?

Yes! We have group rates available at Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn. Both are located very close to FGCU. You can find more information here.

How do I buy my tickets?

Your can purchase your Conference Tickets here. If you wish to register for a Pre-Conference Workshop or Pre-Purchased Lunch, you must purchase your Conference Tickets first. After registering for the Conference Ticket, you will receive an email with a link to the Pre-Conference Workshop and Pre-Purchased Lunch ticket sales page.

How to I become a member of FCCC?

By becoming a member of the FCCC community, you can participate in our six annual (tri-annual digital and tri-annual print) competitions, FCCC events, and special member-only deals and discounts! Membership to FCCC is free, however, you must be a member of an affiliated club and register on our main website!

I already bought my conference ticket, how do I add a workshop?

When you registered for the conference, you receive a confirmation email. The link to Pre-Conference Workshop and Pre-Purchased Lunch tickets is included in the email. If you can’t find your confirmation email, you can email for help!

What are the dining options?

Pre-Ordered Jason’s Deli Lunches:  $12.99 + 6% sales tax (can be purchased after your Conference Ticket is purchase). All lunches are served with a bag of kettle chips, a pickle, chocolate chip cookie, and a soft drink or water and include the option of Roast Turkey, Roast Beef, Tuna Salad with Egg, or Spinach Vegetarian Wrap.

On Campus Dining*: Includes Chik-Fil-A (open Friday and Saturday), Papa Johns, and Einstein Bagels

Off Campus Dining:  A variety of restaurants are located at Gulf Coast Town Center (5 minutes from Campus).

*On Campus Dining options are popular and long lines may form. FCCC recommends Pre-Ordered Lunches for those who wish to avoid the lines.

What does the Conference Ticket include?

The Conference Ticket includes Speaker Sessions on Saturday and Sunday, access to the Trade Show, Photo Ops, and Product Demos on Saturday and Sunday, Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, and the ability to purchase Pre-Conference Workshop Tickets at an additional fee.

What does the Pre-Conference Workshop Ticket include?

The Pre-Conference Workshop Tickets are only available to Conference Ticket holders, and they include all of the offerings described in the workshop description and breakfast during registration (on FGCU campus only). Workshop Excursions and On Campus Workshops are separate tickets. If you wish to attend both a Workshop Excursion and an On Campus Workshop, please check the return time for the Workshop Excursion to ensure you will be back in time for the On Campus Workshop.

What meals/refreshments are provided?

Breakfast will be provided on Friday for all Workshop Excursion attendees (on FGCU campus only) and on Saturday and Sunday for all attendees. You can pre-order a lunch once you purchase your Conference Ticket or you can purchase your lunch each day at one of the on campus restaurants. There are vending machines for water, sodas, and snacks in the Cohen Center. Additional dining options are available off campus at Gulf Coast Town Center.
