Explore this historic buildings of Koreshan State Park with Keith French. Koreshan features over 300 acres of restored buildings exhibiting turn of the century living, and Keith’s experience with abandoned buildings is sure to make this workshop fascinating! Keith will be providing expert knowledge as you explore the old settlement buildings and grounds. Departs FGCU at 7:30am; returns to FGCU at 11:30am (please note, all tours will be departing from the Cohen Center this year, and not Sugden Hall as in past years).

Recommended Equipment (underlined items are must have to get the most out of the workshop):

  • Primary and back up cameras
  • Wide; walk-around 24-105, or 24-70; tele 70-300 lenses will cover you
  • Filters: polarizer, a couple of neutral  density filters (ND) ’s a 4 stop and a 10 stop
  • Tele-converter may also be a big help, especially if we get close to a sasquatch.
  • Fisheye or a 10-22mm is useful even dynamic. Or something in that range.
  • Macro , not your typical environment for very many opportunities.
  • Sturdy Tripod  remote trigger or cable release if you use one. That is if we can get inside any buildings or planning to shoot bracketed for HDR.
